Mount Charleston, Nevada

Formally and officially known as Charleston Peak, Mount Charleston is located in the Spring Mountain range in Nevada, and it is the highest peak in that range. It is the eighth highest elevation in all of Nevada. It is only about thirty five miles or so away from Las Vegas, making it a very popular getaway spot.

Thanks to that signature Nevada climate, people visit Mount Charleston all throughout the year. Not only is it popular among people visiting Nevada, lots of residents from Las Vegas like to come there to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city that never sleeps.

Visiting Mount Charleston gives you the opportunity to enjoy a natural landscape amidst luxurious accommodations. Of course, in addition to the opulent Mount Charleston Lounge there, you can find a number of other places to stay as well, including camp sites and RV accessible picnic areas – more than one hundred and fifty of them, in fact.
